Free Tyre Safety Inspection
Here at Northern Tyre & Battery Service we take tyre safety very seriously. It is essential that your tyres are kept in good condition all year round to ensure the safety of you and your passengers. In winter as the weather changes this is particularly important.
We now offer all our customers a free tyre safety inspection. Our technicians will produce a report detailing the condition of all your tyres, including:
- The tread depth of each of your tyres, to ensure they are above the legal limit of 1.6mm
- the tyre pressures of each tyre Ensuring all tyre pressures are correct to the vehicle manufacturers reccomendations. maximising the tyres life.
- A Check for any impact damage or slow punctures.
- Checking for signs of premature tyre ware. Noticing problems early and rectifying the problem can significantly improve the life of your tyres.
As part of this check we will give you a copy of the tyre inspection sheet for you to take away. You are under no obligation to buy and we offer this service to all customers old and new.
